Do you offer free, no obligation quotations?
Yes! We do offer free no obligation quotations. These can be on site, or via email if you send building plans through.
Do I really need a security system?
A security system will act as a deterrent to potential intruders. The security system will also bring you peace of mind that your property is protected at all times when used correctly. If you opt to have a monitoring service (either 24/7 manned control room or Home Control 2.0 APP), you or a keyholder will be immediately notified either via the APP or by the monitoring control room if there is a break in.

A security system is primarily designed to detect any unauthorised presence in an area and raise an alarm. A well designed system aims to reduce, if not eliminate, potential risks and false activations. We consider the day-to-day use of the premises or the occupant’s lifestyle, to ensure that the system meets the security requirements of the client, remains cost effective, user-friendly and trouble free!
What benefits do I get from a service contract?
A service contract ensures that your system will be tested and serviced by one our experienced technicians once/twice per year (depending on your requirements). The benefit of a service contract is that if during the scheduled visit we find a faulty device or recommend replacing a component due to age/degradation, you will only pay for the part replaced, and no labour charge will be added.
How long will the installation take?
Installation times vary for each system and depend on many factors such as the size and complexity of the job and the ease of access throughout the premises. At completion of the installation, we explain the system’s operation with you and answer any questions that you may have.
Commercial installations may take a little longer, due to the premises size, cable placement and complex programming.
